Post-Holiday Parties
During the hustle and bustle of the holidays, many companies can't afford to take a night off to have a company party. That's why my holiday season runs well into January and February. Santa may get a rest after December 25th, but I'm still working hard. There are still a few great weekend dates open over the next couple of months. If you're company is looking for some fun, clean entertainment, don't hesitate to give me a call! #NebraskaHypnotist #companymagic #christmas #Ho

Hiring a Hypnotist
Magic and hypnosis may seem similar, but they are two entirely different animals. I've often said that a magic show is physically more strenuous for me, whereas a hypnosis show is mentally more strenuous. With a magic show, I know what's going to happen and when it's going to happen. I can also pretty accurately predict the reactions I'm going to get from the audience. On the other hand, a hypnosis show is unpredictable because I'm not the entertainer...the volunteers are. I'

A Magical Night in Kansas City
Most people think that my job is to entertain people. To a degree, that's true, but I see it as much more than that. If you hire me for your event, my job is to make YOU look good. A few weeks ago, I was contacted by a company in Kansas City. I'm not going to mention names because I respect their privacy. They were having a big meeting that brought in people from around the country as well as from Canada and Mexico. It was a big event and the coordinator wanted things to be p

On the Road
Occasionally I'll get asked how far I travel to do a show. The easy answer is "How far do you want me to travel?" I've performed for corporations, fairs, festivals and other events in most states. Being located right in the middle of the country doesn't hurt. From Yakima to Tallahassee and from San Antonio to Bismarck...and just about every town in between. I've performed in gorgeous theaters and on the back of flatbed trucks. I've been put up in lavish suites and I've shared

My Hypnosis Show
Many times people are very nervous about hiring me for a hypnosis show. And it's not just me, it's ANY hypnotist. Why? I think it's because they've most likely seen a hypnotist at a comedy club or bar and that's their only exposure to hypnosis. Bar and comedy club hypnotists tend to be dirty, lewd and offensive. In a bar setting, it might be fun to see people acting like strippers, shouting profanities or having sex with a chair. However, when it comes to doing shows for comp

How Far In Advance Should I Book A Magic Or Hypnosis Show?
I get asked this question quite a bit and it's a difficult question to answer. Here we are in the beginning of 2018 and I already have half a dozen shows on my calendar for 2019. Yes, sometimes I get booked a year or more in advance, but that's usually not the case. A lot of it depends on the type of event. In March, April & May I perform at high school Post-Prom parties. I usually start getting calls to book these in mid September, about 6 or 7 months ahead of the show. Su

Happy New Year!
Thank you so much for making 2017 a memorable year for me. I hope that I left you with some magical memories this year, too. I hope that the new year brings you and your family peace, prosperity and happiness. #holidayparty #magic #JeffQuinn #Midwestmagician

The Holiday Season is Winding Down
Thank you Atlas MedStaff, Cargill, Kawasaki, Sid Dillon Auto Group and sooo many others for keeping me busy this holiday season. And it's not over with yet! With less than two weeks left in the year, I still have several shows on my calendar. I have a few dates still open for weekend holiday parties in January, so if your company is looking for some fun entertainment, give me a call. Happy Holidays, everyone! #HappyHolidays #holidayparty #Holidayparties #christmas #January #m
